TW2
TW2 — Whitton, Fulwell and the ground at Twickenham
Match days set the rhythm in TW2. When there is anything on at Twickenham Stadium or the Twickenham Stoop, every residential street between Whitton and Twickenham Green fills with cars parked by people who do not usually park there, and the calls that follow are predictable — a kerbed rim, a wheel dropped into a drain gully, a flat found at the end of a long afternoon. The rest of the week Whitton and Fulwell behave like the suburbs they are: driveway jobs, commuter cars, tyres that failed a service and need replacing before the next one.

Getting to you
On event days the roads around the stadium are stewarded and some are closed outright, so a job a few streets from the ground can mean parking further out and walking gear in. Fulwell and Twickenham Green are easier, though the residents' bays are tight and a van needs a length of kerb rather than a bay.
