After a knock on a Richmond road

We are not the police and we are not your insurer. Once everyone is safe and you want the car off a Richmond road or a Twickenham junction, we can collect it. Photos for your claim are your job; moving the wreck so the street can breathe again is ours.

What that means in practice

• We wait for a safe scene — we will not push past an active incident
• Winching and loading matched to how badly the car is sitting
• A drop address you choose, including a body shop if you already have one
• If the only damage is a tyre and the car still drives, we can switch to a fitting instead
