Recovery
Bikes recovered around Richmond without being thrown on a car transporter
A bike on its side by Richmond Park or a puncture on the Putney bridge approach is a different job from a car. We recover motorcycles on kit meant for them, not a flatbed that treats the machine as an afterthought. Tell us the bike and whether it still rolls.
What that means in practice
- Straps and loading that respect fairings and bars
- Puncture on a bike is often a recovery, not a kerbside car-style change
- Drop at home or at a bike shop you already use
- Say if it is a scooter, an adventure bike, or something with panniers still on
Questions we get
Can you fit a motorcycle tyre at the roadside?
Usually no — bike tyres and balance are a workshop job. We collect the machine. If a car-style tyre job is what you wanted, that is a different page.
Will you pick up from a car park barrier?
If we can get the truck to it. Underground bike stores in new riverside blocks are tight; send a photo of the exit.
