Citywide Mobile Tyres (“we”) uses the details you give us so we can quote and attend a job. This page is for visitors of citywidetyres.co.uk, callers to 020 8103 1993, WhatsApp users of that number, and anyone who emails info@citywidetyres.co.uk.

What arrives with a job

Name, phone, email if you send one, vehicle, a location or district, and whatever you typed in the message. Telephony providers may retain call metadata.

When you tap the number, tap WhatsApp or send the quote form, the site notes the time, the page you were on and roughly how you found us (a Google search or an ad, say), together with anything you typed. That note goes to a private spreadsheet only we can open. The host also counts page visits in total, without cookies. There are no advertising pixels here.

Why we keep it

To answer you, to send a fitter, to take payment, to deal with a complaint or an insurer, and because the law sometimes requires a record. We do not sell lists.

Who else sees it

Hosting (the website), email, and phone/WhatsApp providers process messages as part of carrying them, and Google holds the spreadsheet of enquiries. We do not pass your details to other tyre firms.

How long

Job records stay as long as we need them for the work, accounts, or a dispute. You can ask what we hold, and ask for a correction, by emailing info@citywidetyres.co.uk.
