Citywide Mobile Tyres — Richmond tyre fitting and vehicle recovery

NW8

NW8 — St John's Wood, Lisson Grove and Lord's

Match days at Lord's Cricket Ground fill every street in St John's Wood with cars parked by visitors, and the kerb damage that follows keeps us busy for the rest of that week. Outside the cricket calendar this is a district of mansion blocks and wide avenues, where cars are often garaged or left under a sheet for weeks at a time — and a tyre that has been standing on the same strip of rubber since the spring does not always survive the first drive of the summer.

Getting to you

On a match day, assume the streets near the ground are full and tell us which side of them you are on. Around Abbey Road Studios there is constant pedestrian traffic and very little room to stand a vehicle. Communal and underground bays are common here, so the entrance name and any height restriction save us a lap of the block.

Stopped somewhere in NW8?

Tell us the vehicle, the tyre size if you can see it, and exactly where the car is standing. We will say what we can do before anyone sets off.
